Aug. 6th, 2012 10:15 pmHaving concerns about player activity? You've come to the right place. Here we will listen to and consider all Activity Check-related complaints and concerns, although please keep the following things in mind:
► We will not penalize players for activity if they are meeting activity as defined in our rules. If a player is meeting only bare minimum activity to the point of inconveniencing other players, we will PM them with such concerns if brought to our attention.
Unless there is evidence (as defined below) of chronic inactivity spanning at least three consecutive months, we won't be enforcing higher standards of activity than currently outlined in our rules and guidelines.
► Each claim brought to us will be investigated and determined case-by-case, but will not be disciplined arbitrarily if they are actually meeting requirements. Again, we will PM players with legitimate concerns as they are brought to us, but we will not be subjectively ruling certain characters as "not active enough."
► Some examples of cases we will deem valid of concern, despite AC standards being met:
And please note said behavior must be chronic, therefore spanning at least three months. "Off" months or under-the-radar plotting are not things we seek to penalize.
► We also ask that you please bring any activity concerns to the player in question first by means of HMD or something similar. Please be courteous while doing so; telling players to drop is not deemed a constructive attempt. Harassment, as usual, will not be tolerated by any means.

- Open logs being made, but threads are very shortly thereafter dropped or not followed up on at all
- Posts are tagged, but threads are dropped shortly after 15 comments have been reached
- Threads are only consistently maintained between one or two players
- A character is only ICly accessible to one or two players
- Weeks pass in between tagging anything without a hiatus
- Hiatus being called every other month, or similar
- Any of the above, combined with frequently applying for new characters
